Faced with outdated online courses and an obsolete Learning Management System (LMS), DQE sought Designing Digitally’s collaboration to usher in a new era of accessible, mobile-friendly, and impactful learning solutions.

The Challenge
DQE grappled with antiquated eLearning courses and an outdated LMS, hindering their ability to deliver comprehensive training on hazardous materials to a diverse audience. Recognizing the growing demand for mobile accessibility, the challenge was to revitalize the learning content, develop a modern LMS, and ensure compatibility with mobile devices.
The solution
Designing Digitally took on a transformative journey with DQE, creating DQE-On-Demand – a tailored solution featuring updated eLearning content and a custom web portal. The project included the development of a fully customized, mobile-friendly Learning Management System designed for diverse learners, user groups, token systems, and seamless content uploading and editing. Leveraging SCORM and xAPI for tracking learner progress, the new system ensured a contemporary and engaging learning experience.
DQE-On-Demand LMS stands as a testament to innovation, offering a web-based portal exclusively for Emergency Management Program Administrators. This dynamic platform provides in-depth analytics, enabling administrators to monitor training progress, assign courses, and broadcast alerts through the DQE-On-Demand Bulletin Board. Users benefit from a centralized Upload Zone to store emergency preparedness planning documents, making DQE-On-Demand a comprehensive hub for all things preparedness.
