The client’s challenge was finding a way to present the Data Protection Impact Analysis (DPIA) subject matter innovatively and captivatingly. The topic’s complexity demanded a unique approach to ensure that employees from diverse roles comprehended the intricacies of completing a Threshold Assessment and DPIA. Additionally, addressing the issue of limited access to the organization’s information outside the secure network posed an obstacle.
The solution
Designing Digitally crafted an exceptional eLearning program encompassing communication training explainer videos, interactive microlearning modules, and printable infographic posters. This multi-faceted approach captured the essence of DPIA and engaged learners through visually rich content.
DPIA was brought to life through communication training explainer videos, unraveling the importance of data protection with creativity and impact. Bite-sized micro lessons empowered their employees with the purpose and procedure for completing a Threshold Assessment and DPIA. This engaging format made learning both efficient and enjoyable. Printable infographic posters served as practical resources, reinforcing critical decisions made in the courses. They illustrated the importance of data protection, showing how seemingly basic information can lead to significant revelations. Upon completion, employees received personalized postcards with unique bar codes, promoting user data encryption while highlighting the significance of DPIA compliance.
